Spinach Allergy

Yes. You can develop an allergy to spinach, even in adulthood. Reactions range from mild oral allergy syndrome (itching or swelling in the mouth) due to pollen cross‑reactivity, to rare systemic reactions including hives, abdominal symptoms, or anaphylaxis.
