Normal BCR‑ABL1 in healthy people is undetectable (0% on the International Scale). In CML monitoring, response targets are: major molecular response (MMR) ≤0.1% IS (≥3‑log reduction), deep responses MR4 ≤0.01% IS (≥4‑log), and MR4.5 ≤0.0032% IS (≥4.5‑log).
