Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Children (MIS-C) is a rare, serious post–COVID-19 hyperinflammatory condition affecting children and adolescents. It appears weeks after SARS‑CoV‑2 exposure with persistent fever, abdominal pain, vomiting, rash, conjunctivitis, mucous membrane changes, low blood pressure, and cardiac dysfunction. Long-term follow-up is recommended to check and manage any lingering heart or inflammatory issues.
