What is a X Ray Both Wrists AP View Test in Jaipur ?
What is X Ray Both Wrists AP View?
An X Ray Both Wrists AP View produces front-to-back images of both wrists at the same time. It shows the bones, joint spaces, alignment, and growth plates. It is non-invasive and shows internal structures directly, providing information that blood and urine tests cannot.
What does X Ray Both Wrists AP View show?
This view helps detect fractures, dislocations, arthritis, infections, and congenital or developmental problems. Doctors use it after injuries and for unexplained wrist pain or swelling. It also helps monitor healing after treatment and track chronic joint changes. The scan is quick and painless and uses a small amount of radiation.
What symptoms suggest X Ray Both Wrists AP View may be needed?
A doctor may recommend X Ray Both Wrists AP View when a patient reports localised pain, swelling, or injury, a lump or restricted movement, or an abnormal finding on an earlier test that needs to be examined directly. Sample collection for Jaipur is available at labs and at home across Adarsh Nagar, Bani Park, and surrounding neighbourhoods.
How is X Ray Both Wrists AP View done?
This is an imaging scan, not a blood or fluid test, so no sample is collected. A qualified radiographer positions you at an accredited GetVisit-partnered imaging centre in Adarsh Nagar or Bani Park, Jaipur and captures the images in a few minutes. A radiologist reviews them and your report is made available through GetVisit.
How accurate is X Ray Both Wrists AP View?
Image quality and interpretation are the two pillars of accuracy. GetVisit's accredited centres serving Adarsh Nagar and Bani Park, Jaipur maintain modern equipment, and a qualified radiologist reviews each study before the report is issued.
Are there any risks to X Ray Both Wrists AP View?
A standard X-ray uses a very low dose of radiation considered safe for diagnostic use; ultrasound uses sound waves and involves no radiation at all. If you are or might be pregnant, tell the centre in Adarsh Nagar or Bani Park, Jaipur beforehand so the safest approach can be chosen. There is no needle and no recovery time.
