MRI SCAN DORSOLUMBAR SPINE WITH SCREENING

An MRI dorsal spine with whole-spine screening is an MRI exam focused on the thoracic (dorsal) vertebrae while also acquiring screening sequences through the cervical and lumbar spine. It evaluates the spinal cord, vertebrae, discs, and surrounding soft tissues for compression, metastases, infection, inflammation, or trauma. It's noninvasive, uses magnetic fields (no ionising radiation), and may include contrast for clearer lesion characterisation.
