MRI BRAIN WITH SPINAL CORD (CONTRAST) WITH MS PROTOCOL

A standard brain MRI protocol for suspected or follow‑up MS includes 3D T1‑weighted images pre‑ and post‑gadolinium, 3D FLAIR and axial T2 sequences (high resolution, ≤1 mm isotropic for 3D or ≤3 mm for 2D), sagittal FLAIR, and susceptibility/GRE or SWI as needed.
