Yes. CD11b (integrin αM, ITGAM) is widely used as a myeloid-lineage marker: it is highly expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages, many dendritic cell subsets and NK cells, and increases on activated myeloid cells. CD11b forms part of the Mac-1 integrin involved in adhesion, migration and phagocytosis, so its detection helps identify myeloid populations.

Yes. CD15 (Lewis X) is primarily expressed on myeloid cells—especially granulocytes such as neutrophils and eosinophils—and is used as a myeloid/granulocytic differentiation marker in hematology and pathology. However, it is not entirely specific to myeloid lineage: some monocytes, certain lymphoid or epithelial cell subsets, and some tumors can also express CD15, so it’s interpreted with other markers.

Common markers include CD13, CD14, CD15, CD33, CD11b and myeloperoxidase. They’re detected by flow cytometry or immunohistochemistry to identify cell lineage, maturation stage and diagnose or classify myeloid disorders such as acute myeloid leukemia.
